Shand Garcia
BermMotorsports.com's parent company Berm Capital Co., was founded by Shand Garcia, Assistant Editor of Holeshot Magazine, and author of the hard-cover Texas motocross history coffee-table book "BERM - The Texas Motocross Chronicles". Shand can also be seen and heard announcing motocross races throughout Texas, at racetracks such as Freestone County Raceway, Oak Hill Raceway, Swan MX Park, Buffalo Creek MX Park and many others. As a life-long avid motocross fan, Shand has a true passion for motocross and dirtbike riding in general. Berm Capital Co.'s business roots stretch back some 15 years in the powersports industry in which Shand supplied commercial equipment leasing and finance funding to motorcycle dealerships, professional race teams, performance shops, product manufactures, tracks, and other motorcycle related businesses. In 2006 Shand joined the company Shock Sox, and has since launched BermMotorsports.com to offer this unique one-stop-shop for the hassle-free & removable fork seal protector...Shock Sox, as well as protective braces, helmet painting, website design, and media services.
Chris Daubitz
Chris Daubitz is a former Texas Pro Motocrosser, and is a key ingredient behind the Shock Sox side of Berm Motorsports. Chris's duties include, but are not limited to marketing and sales. As a life-long motocross enthusiast, Chris had a very productive racing career in Texas, until 1994, when unfortunately he suffered a career ending crash on his journey back home from the west coast Supercross season.Chris's injury changed his life forever, as he is a quadriplegic. But, never one to skip a beat or even slow down, Chris soon turned his passion for racing into a passion for business and has successfully owned and operated his own business for the past 15 years. He has stayed close to the motocross scene through various outlets. Chris joined the company in 2009, and brings in a new style of innovation and passion to the Shock Sox side of Berm Motorsports.
Keith Demele
BermMotorsports.com's media services guru, Keith Demele, joined the company back in 2007. Keith has an unwavering passion for motocross. He began riding at an early age, and has been hooked on the sport ever since he threw his leg over a bike. If it has anything to do with Motocross, Keith is interested in it. Keith began his career in multimedia design when he started designing and programing websites for himself and other riders. He then began shooting photos and videos while he was at the track. Although self taught, Keith got a job at one of the countries top architecture firms in order to take his knowledge and skillset in media production further. After working on projects such as the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Keith left the architecture field to bring his newly gained knowledge in media production back into the motocross community. He would like to iterate he is not in charge of design decisions on this site, and he is currently attending the University of Texas at Dallas, pursuing a degree in Emerging Media and Communication.
Kevin Weable
Kevin Weable has been in the orthopedic bracing industry since the mid nineties, working for the CTi distributor in Texas. Kevin is a Certified Fitter of Orthotics and spends his days working with orthopedic clinics and patients fitting knee braces, along with other orthopedic devices. Kevin has been involved in the sport of motocross as a rider and a representative, being involved in many different areas of our sport. Along with his connections through CTi and Berm Motorsports, Kevin has been involved with Five 8 MX Ministries, which held a weekly podcast interviewing national racers, hosted a faith based mx camp, and held several local Ride Days for racers. Kevin has also helped out at many of the Dallas Supercross's with the Asterisk/Cti bracing unit, donating his time and knowledge to the racers and supercross spectators. These days, Kevin stays busy with his family (wife and two daughters), his job in orthopedics, his church, and being one of the main members of "Team Practice" on the weekends.
