We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, but you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request one. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.
